Why We Created the HIVE Deck

Without a simple structure for making sense of it all, even smart, capable business owners end up overwhelmed or unsure where to focus.
We saw this happening over and over again.
So we created the HIVE Deck, a clarity tool designed to help people step back, see the bigger picture, and make thoughtful decisions without getting lost in the noise. It gives shape to conversations that are often fuzzy, and it brings direction to ideas that feel scattered.
The deck is not meant to be used alone. It comes alive through guided facilitation, which is why we offer workshops for entrepreneurs and certification training for business coaches.

Our Story
HIVE Co. was founded to support entrepreneurs with tools that make reflection easier, planning more productive, and growth more grounded. After years of coaching business owners, leading strategic sessions, and designing learning experiences, one insight kept showing up:

The HIVE Deck was developed through a collaborative process that combined facilitation expertise, experience in behavior and decision-making, and user testing with real business owners. Through that work, the deck evolved into a structured system that consistently delivers clarity, direction, and meaningful action.

Laurie Genevish, is an educator, facilitator, and entrepreneur with decades of experience helping people discover clarity and confidence in their work. She brings a strong background in coaching, curriculum design, and business development, along with a deep commitment to helping others reach their potential.
